Product Layers , each Tuffie has not one, not two but four layers of material:
- 1 st layer of 600 Denier nylon
- 2 nd layer of PVC
- 3 rd layer of 600 Denier nylon
- 4 th layer of soft Fleece
 These four layers are rolled together and then sewn together four times in a one inch cross pattern to prevent layer separation.
Product Stitching , each toy's four layers of material are sewn together with two rows of linear stitching followed by two rows of cross-stitching. These four rows of stitching are then protected with nylon webbing that is sewn three more times!
Protective Webbing Additional industrial grade nylon webbing is sewn around the outside edge with three rows of stitching to cover and protect the first four rows of stitching.
Squeaker Safety Pockets , This is the bit you will love and your dog will hate! Each squeaker is safe and quiet (this will stop you going mad with the noise) because they are sewn into a nylon safety pocket beneath four other layers of material (that the bit your dog will hate).
