ABOUT US
And now its time to introduce ourselves. We hope that if you have got to this part of our site, you will have browsed some of our products and like what you see, and you have come here to find out who we are and what we are trying to achieve.
To be honest, we are probably just like you. We care passionately about our animals, George the dog and Sherpa the cat – (you will meet them in the “meet the testers” page) and Tip Top Pets was borne as we struggled to find interesting products for our loved ones!
One thing we did say at the beginning was that we would only stock items that we like, that do the job they say they will do, and look smart.
When we use the internet for shopping, we want quick delivery (who wants to wait up to 28 days for something they have ordered and paid for). So, when we set up Tip Top Pets, quick delivery is definitely something we want to achieve for our customers.
We are also constantly looking for good quality good looking stuff, so don't be surprised to see new products coming in all the time. We believe the suppliers are catching on to the fact the pet products can be fashionable too. |
